Ben is an infrastructure guy by trade. As a Director at Accenture and a Manager at PwC he spent years at a time embedded with client teams at some of the biggest companies in the world, running multi-year migrations and large cloud strategy programs for a global bank, a major hedge fund, a pharmaceutical company, a pharmacy chain and an insurance broker. He is certified in Technology Business Management (TBM), holds the Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure foundation certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Power Platform expert. He started ForIT in 2020 because charter operators and airlines were paying too much for IT that didn't fit together, and he is also chief information officer (CIO) at Connect Airlines and Great North Airlines. When AI arrived he was already the person who knew how the infrastructure underneath it has to work, which is why ForIT could put it to use for aviation straight away. He still builds custom no-code and low-code tools that replace expensive software subscriptions.

Christine has led organizational change at several aviation companies, from charter operators to a scheduled passenger airline she worked with as a consultant. She fixes slow or broken processes without loosening safety standards, and she builds teams that keep getting better at what they do. When a client puts money into new technology, her job is to make sure it pays off and that flight operations barely notice the change.

Vikas leads AI development at ForIT. He builds automation and analytics for aviation clients, taking messy operational data and turning it into something people can act on. The tools he ships cut manual work and give airlines and charter operators better information to decide with.
