Engineers working with your team
An engineer who works alongside dispatch, crew and finance, finds the slow work, and fixes it the same week.
A lot of operator software is written by people who have never watched a dispatcher re-key a booking. We put an engineer next to your team instead. ForIT engineers are embedded at Great North Aviation, Connect Airlines and WM Aviation, across FAA Part 135 and 121 and Transport Canada CAR 704 and 705 operations.
What the engineer does
Learns the work first
Time with dispatch, the chief pilot, maintenance or finance, watching where the hours go.
Ships in short cycles
Small builds go into use the same week and get adjusted from what your team says after using them.
Builds on what you have
We connect to the systems you already run instead of asking your team to learn another platform.
How it works
- 1A 30-minute call to find the department where time is being lost.
- 2An engineer works with that team, builds the first fix, puts it into use, and measures the time it saves.
- 3Then we move to the next task. The engagement is month to month.
Where we have done it
Crew records at a Transport Canada regulated airline
Dispatch, the chief pilot and the lead flight attendant spent about 40 hours a month typing crew records. Now the same people spend 10 to 20 minutes a week reviewing and approving.
Great North Airlines
We helped build two emergency response platforms: one tracks wildfires and floods across Canada and predicts where aircraft will be needed, the other lets approved agencies see live aircraft availability and commit to a deployment.
Planet Nine Private Air
We are the standing technology team behind their IT leadership, including a new flight-operations platform implemented end to end.

Crew Records: AI reads, a person approves
Keeping crew records current at a Transport Canada regulated scheduled airline used to take up dispatch, the chief pilot and the lead flight attendant for about 40 hours a month of manual entry between them. Now the system handles the reading and cross-checking, and those same people spend 10 to 20 minutes a week reviewing and approving.
How Great North uses public data for emergency response
Great North Airlines runs two platforms for emergency response in Canada: one predicts where aircraft will be needed, and Fleet Call lets agencies commit them. ForIT helped build both.
Building your own software with AI: the CBAA 2026 talk
At the CBAA Innovation Stage in Calgary, we talked about how much software operators rent, and how AI has made building their own a practical option for the first time in thirty years.
